Recreation Area

The LOCHA Recreation Area is located at the end of Occoquan Club Drive. It is available to all those who live in Lake Occoquan Club and their guests. It is situated on the Western Shore of the Occoquan Reservoir, which is not part of the LOCHA Recreation Area.

LOCHA Recreation Area Information:

  • Open from 5 am until 10 pm.
  • Use limited to ten invited guests unless by a Special Use Permit.
  • No campfires are allowed without a Special Use Permit.
  • Guests must be accompanied by the sponsoring family member.
  • Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult resident.
  • All trash must be removed by users.
  • Special Use Permit holder is responsible for removing all trash for the special use period.
  • Noise must be limited and not be a nuisance to members. Music must be set to low volume.
  • No loud or profane language is allowed.
  • No illegal substances are allowed.
  • No firearms are allowed.
  • No fireworks are allowed.
  • No glass containers are allowed (per Fairfax Water Authority Rules).
  • Special Use Permits are issued by the Neighborhood Watch Captain.
  • Violations of the above may result in in a fine and/or loss of privileges under Article V, Section 1 (a) of the LOCHA By-Laws.
